Manage the flow of messages across your network from a single interface. |
Mobile networks are in a high qualified technological level where the complexity of messaging systems has increased. It is not just a simple platform that we can use to send messages, is a messaging environment in which messages, mails, services, etc, are circulating. Furthermore, the interconnection between the platforms of different mobile operators makes an increase in the dependence between companies so much so that a problem in a messaging platform of an operator may affect the right functioning of the platforms and systems from others operators who are interconnected.
Iquall Networks has created a new concept called MEM (Messaging Environment Manager) to administer efficiently from a single point of access all the messaging system (interconnection, content).
With MEM, all messaging platforms can be managed from a single interface to handle all the systems involve as one centralization of the messages flow, allowing a proper management of all network resources. In addition, modifications can be made in real time.
MEM is designed to be an implemented in a high availability architecture scheme, both in terms of hardware and software, allowing the use of geographic redundancy configurations.
The systems bring an intelligent management of potential traffic congestions that may occur in any of the associated platforms. This means that cases of eventual problems can be handled without affecting the rest of the components that make part of the messaging system of a network.
